OUT OF COURT RESTRUCTURE
As the name suggests, an out of court restructure is basically restructuring your business "out of court". Out of court generally refers to a reorganization outside of a federal bankruptcy court.

We use our structured BUSINESS CPR 10 Step Turnaround Process which at a summary level entails
1. Perform a BUSINESS CPR Diagnostic to evaluate the viability of the company.
2. Create an Out of Court Restructure Plan.
3. Present to the creditors for approval.
4. Implement the Plan of Reorganization.
5. Return operational control to the CEO/Owner.
