Business CPR was founded officially in 2001 by Brett Fadeley and Michael Hannwacker.

Michael had been investing in and operating under performing companies when he met Brett, the former head of Special Assets for a super regional bank, who at the time provided Interim CFO and consulting services to troubled companies. Both had in depth turnaround experience prior to meeting in early 2000.

After working together for a year there passion for diagnosing and fixing companies prompted the creation of Business CPR.

Business CPR is a turnaround management firm that specializes in operational and financial restructuring of distressed and under performing companies.
