Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO)- Business CPR is hired by the CEO, Board of Directors and/or owners to come in and take interim charge of the turnaround situation.
- Business CPR reports directly to the Board of Directors and/or CEO depending on the instructions received from our client.
- The CRO arrangement allows Business CPR to make the tough decisions and act as the heat shield for the rest of the company as we negotiate with creditors to implement the Plan of Reorganization.
- As Chief Restructuring Officer we implement our Business CPR 10 Step Turnaround Plan.
